Tasting Notes
Shows a golden yellow colour, with tonalities of ripe lemon, bright.
It has an intense aroma, shows up for its finesse and elegance, where you can clearly appreciate the notes of vanilla and herbs of high forest.
To begin with is very smooth, even so with the right acidity for this type of elaboration, presented with ample complexity of tastes that remind of oak wood, local fruits and with certain sweet tonalities, emphasizing its great resistance and the sensation of global roundness.

Recommended for ripe cheeses, white meats and fish like salmon.
