Tasting Notes
Shows a pale yellow colour, with lemon-flavoured tones, bright.
It has an intense aroma, emphasizing the elegant tonalities of the brown wood where there stand out notes of vanilla, coconut, of diverse grasses(herbs) of forest and grass(herb) newly cut typical of the variety.

Though with sufficient acidity, honeyed, integrated, with retronasal of brown, smoked, without losing the fruit and the freshness.

Gastronomy
Recommended for cheeses, white meats, fished as the salmon, foies and fished smoked.
